Welcome,

My name is Karry Wooddell. I am the owner of Lavender Massage and Bodywork.

I am a Colorado Licensed and ABMP insured Massage Therapist. In my 19 years of practice I have enjoyed working with and helping a broad range of clients. I specialize in chronic pain relief, injury recovery, stress management, deep tissue massage, and trigger point therapy. I am a lifelong athlete, myself, having been a collegiate runner, a marathon runner, and most recently an NPC bikini athlete. I am very grateful for the opportunity to live and promote a lifestyle of health, healing, and mindfulness.

My office is located in the Wellness Suites at TONIC Healing Arts in beautiful downtown Salida.

Please note I don't answer my phone during office hours so it is best to reach me by text at 719-239-1654.
 

I am currently not scheduling new clients or selling gift certificates due to high demand and a full client load. I will keep my website and online schedule updated here as availability changes. You are also welcome to check in with me and I can add you to my waitlist.
